New Home One Year Warranty Inspections

Warranties on newly constructed homes typically expire to a large extent after one year. Many homebuyers find it wise to have their home professionally inspected as the home approaches this important deadline date. A thorough inspection often uncovers significant issues that should be addressed by the warranty, but that may not fully manifest themselves for several months or years. It's in your best interest to protect your investment by having the warranty company correct these issues so that you are not stuck with a big repair bill later on. Remember, even brand-new homes are not perfect. Most new homes have issues that are missed or overlooked by the builder and municipal inspectors- and you should not have to pay to fix these issues!

Radon Assessments

We are fully trained and certified by the Center for Environmental Research and Technology, Inc. (CERTI) as Residential Radon Assessment Providers. We use electronic, continuous radon measurement (CRM) type devices for accuracy and quick turnaround time for test results. Radon Assessments require a 48 hour test period, and results are available immediately upon retrieval of our monitor.
